This role focuses on acquiring and managing affluent client relationships, delivering tailored banking solutions, and achieving revenue targets across assets, liabilities, investments, and insurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong client advisory skills, a deep understanding of wealth management, and a commitment to compliance and exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for Priority Banking customers, fostering long-term client relationships.

Acquire new clients and expand existing relationships through tailored financial solutions.

Actively cross-sell banking products and services to increase client portfolio value.

Ensure full compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, KYC, and anti-money laundering protocols.

Maintain accurate client profiles, document meetings, and report any suspicious transactions.

Stay updated with market trends and contribute to team objectives.

Identify personal training needs and pursue self-development initiatives.
Requirements:

University degree in Business or Finance.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in financial services or banking.

Exposure to retail and wealth management areas.

Fluency in English; regional language skills are an advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
