An international bank is seeking a Client Services & Relationship Management Assistant to provide essential support to Relationship Managers in Dubai. This role involves a mix of administrative assistance, client interaction, and banking operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficient account management.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist Relationship Managers in managing client relationships and daily banking operations.

Provide administrative support to senior management and banking teams.

Oversee account opening processes, working closely with the compliance department.

Facilitate the collection and distribution of market data for relationship managers.

Create and maintain client resources as needed.

Attend meetings with or on behalf of Relationship Managers when required.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth client experience.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a relevant role (e.g., client support, executive assistant, banking operations).

Background in financial services is required; banking experience is an advantage.

Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
