They are seeking a Relationship Manager to acquire and manage HNI & UHNI clients, ensuring strong customer relationships and investment growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Acquire and manage High Net Worth (HNI) & Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) clients.
✅ Develop a strong understanding of financial markets and stay ahead of the competition.
✅ Ensure consistent client engagement through calls and in-person meetings.
✅ Grow the client base via networking and referrals.
✅ Conduct risk and suitability assessments to offer aligned investment products.
✅ Represent the company at events and client meetings, including after-hours commitments.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience.
✅ Drive business acquisition through references and channel partnerships.
✅ Formulate sales strategies to expand the customer base.
✅ Ensure compliance with company ethics and code of conduct.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
✔ 5+ years of sales experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance.
✔ Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
✔ CISI and SCA certifications are desirable (mandatory after joining).
✔ Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Strong risk assessment and financial advisory capabilities.
