Key Responsibilities:

• Debt Recovery & Collection: Contact debtors via phone, email, or mail to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.

• Negotiation & Payment Arrangements: Utilize strong negotiation skills to agree on suitable repayment terms while considering debtor financial situations and company policies.

• Record Management: Maintain accurate records of all communications, commitments, and changes to payment plans.

• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to UAE banking regulations and fair debt collection practices.

• Research & Investigation: Conduct investigations to locate unresponsive debtors or those who are difficult to reach.

• Interdepartmental Communication: Work closely with legal and finance teams to escalate complex cases or seek legal guidance.

• Reporting & Updates: Generate reports on debt recovery activities, tracking progress, challenges, and success rates.

Requirements:

• Nationality: Indian (Candidates currently based in the UAE preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking debt collection, recovery, or financial services.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

✔ Strong negotiation & persuasion skills for effective debt recovery.
✔ Excellent verbal & written communication in English.
✔ Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software for maintaining records & generating reports.
✔ Knowledge of UAE banking regulations & fair debt collection practices.
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to assess debtor situations and propose feasible repayment solutions.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
