Job Description:
We are seeking a Regulatory Assistant to support the Regulatory Manager in maintaining compliance and managing regulatory submissions for pharmaceutical products. The role involves preparing documentation, tracking product lifecycles, and ensuring timely renewals and approvals.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory dossiers for product registration and renewals.

Maintain regulatory records and monitor product lifecycle compliance.

Support post-approval changes, labeling updates, and variations.

Track license expiry dates and ensure timely renewals to meet local document requirements.

Draft responses to agency queries and manage submission follow-ups.

Maintain and update regulatory databases and tracking systems for accurate status reporting.
Qualifications:

Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm).

Active UAE pharmacist licence (DHA, MOHAP, DOH).

1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory, pharmacovigilance, or related roles.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good command of English, written and spoken; Arabic is an advantage.
