GSK is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate as part of its Emiratization program. Open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a Family Book, this full-time, on-site role in Dubai offers a unique opportunity to support regulatory compliance, submissions, and license maintenance across GSK’s GNE markets. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and a background in life sciences or pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, coordinate, and submit regulatory files in compliance with UAE regulations

• Ensure timely approvals and maintain marketing authorizations across GNE markets

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regulatory input on projects

• Support artwork creation, translations, and ensure label compliance

• Maintain accurate data in regulatory systems (e.g., Veeva)

• Resolve supply issues related to regulatory processes

• Liaise with local agencies and provide regulatory intelligence to support approvals

• Ensure compliance with GSK SOPs, and manage document archiving and records

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified but relevant to life sciences/regulatory affairs preferred)

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• UAE National with valid Family Book (mandatory per Emiratization policy)
