The Energy Training Centre is seeking a Registration Coordinator specializing in Billing & Invoicing to manage participant registrations, financial transactions, and customer inquiries. The role is based on-site in Dubai Media City, requiring strong customer service, finance, and ERP system management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for registered participants, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Manage the end-to-end registration process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of participant information.

Maintain and update the ERP system with accurate financial and registration data.

Generate invoices and process payments accurately and on time.

Track and monitor participant payments and outstanding balances.
-
Work with internal teams to resolve registration and billing discrepancies.

Prepare financial and registration reports for management review.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

Proven customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and client satisfaction.

Experience with ERP systems and data entry.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for account reconciliation.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with financial software is a plus.
