Job Title: Registered Scrub Nurse

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Scrub Nurse to join our surgical team at HealthHub Day Surgery Center, located in the heart of Dubai Festival City Mall. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional clinical and personal care during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and efficiency at every step.

About the Facility:
Spanning 40,000 sq. ft. over two floors, our state-of-the-art Day Surgery and Specialty Clinic features:

• A fully equipped Day Surgery Unit

• Outpatient Consultation & Treatment Rooms

• Advanced Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Services

• Diagnostic Imaging (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray)

• Onsite Pharmacy

Part of the HealthHub network, the facility offers over 29 medical specialties in a modern, patient-centered environment. Conveniently located next to IKEA Dubai Festival City for easy accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support during surgical procedures.

• Maintain safety and sterility of the operating room.

• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthetists, and OR team members.

• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical standards.

• Manage and use clinical systems effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience

• Valid DHA License (Eligibility alone is not accepted)

• BLS Certification (Mandatory)

• ACLS/PALS Certification (Preferred)

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

• Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical software

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
