Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Registered Nurse to join our dynamic outpatient team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care, performing assessments, and supporting physicians in clinical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments before doctor consultations

• Perform phlebotomy and ensure adherence to infection control protocols

• Assist in diagnostic investigations and minor medical procedures

• Educate patients on their health conditions and preventive care

• Promote regular patient follow-up for optimal health outcomes

• Deliver empathetic and respectful care in every patient interaction

• Demonstrate independence and clinical initiative in nursing practice

Requirements:

• Valid DHA nursing license

• Proven experience in phlebotomy

• Strong understanding of infection control protocols

• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
