Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient care at home, ensuring compliance with physicians’ care plans, and providing compassionate, high-quality nursing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to patients’ homes to provide hands-on nursing care

• Administer medication, insulin, and conduct blood pressure, glucose, and other vital tests

• Observe and test for signs of muscle weakness, bedsores, or infection

• Listen to family concerns and provide guidance and education on patient care

• Compile patient recovery reports and communicate updates with physicians

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to suggest care improvements and develop health plans

• Provide insights to enhance patient diets and recovery strategies

• Educate caregivers and family members on post-treatment care

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field

• DHA or MOH license (mandatory)

• Strong observational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal communication and report writing abilities

• Willingness to work in a homecare setting
