Job Title: Regional Sales & Business Development Manager
Job Description:
JMR Infotech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager with over 10 years of experience in enterprise solution sales, including at least 6 years in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate should have deep-rooted connections in local banks, government institutions, and a strong network within Oracle Partners, OEMs, VADs, and Distributors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who can lead business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence in the assigned region. The role requires a strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and proven ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and revenue growth from the assigned region

Build and lead a high-performing Sales & Business Development team

Develop and nurture strong relationships with banks, government bodies, and strategic partners

Promote and sell enterprise solutions such as Core Banking, Business Intelligence (BI), ERP, BPM, Oracle Applications, Analytics, and more

Execute proactive outreach to prospective clients and manage the complete sales cycle

Engage in effective consultative selling, showcasing the value proposition of JMR Infotech’s products and services

Build strategic alliances and channel partnerships to enhance market reach

Participate in BFSI events, branding activities, and partner programs to increase market visibility

Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to guide strategy

Present solutions confidently and effectively to C-level executives

Travel internationally as required for business development
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
-
10+ years of total experience in Sales & BD; 6+ years in the BFSI vertical

Strong connections in local banking, government, and BFSI institutions
-
Experience working with Oracle ecosystem (partners, OEMs, VADs, distributors)

Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving revenue targets

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills

Ability to independently prospect, pitch, and close enterprise-level deals

Willingness to travel internationally for client and partner engagements
