The Regional Retail Program Manager role is based in Dubai and focuses on developing and overseeing retail management strategies across the MENA region within Samsung’s Mobile Experience Group. The position emphasizes retail fixture assessments, field force process development, and alignment with headquarters to enhance regional performance and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage regional field force strategies to optimize performance and operational efficiency.

  • Assess and improve retail fixture strategies to maintain competitiveness across various retail channels.

  • Design advocacy programs for multi-brand floor salesmen to strengthen brand representation.

  • Motivate promoters to increase sales and act as brand ambassadors for Samsung.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify key performance indicators and actionable insights.

  • Conduct competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions related to pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.

  • Design and implement programs to enhance retail performance and distributor management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail strategic management, particularly focused on the MENA region.

  • Strong analytical capabilities for translating sales and market share data into business strategies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to analyze promotional effectiveness and understand its impact on sales performance.

  • Familiarity with distributor management, stock management, and strategies for distributor motivation.
