• Coty MEA is looking for a Regional Retail Media & Consumer Experience Manager to lead their retail media and consumer experience strategies across the MEA region. This role involves developing and executing robust media and content strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the growth of Coty’s eCommerce business. The ideal candidate will have expertise in retail media, performance marketing, and eCommerce, along with strong data analysis skills to make informed decisions that drive sales and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Retail Media efforts in MEA, including search, display, and other retail media solutions, ensuring alignment with digital media strategies.

• Collaborate with media, eCommerce, and marketing teams to optimize media for brand awareness and conversion.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation in retail media strategies.

• Analyze eCommerce performance data to identify opportunities for growth and ROI.

• Establish best practices and contribute to Coty’s global retail media approach.

• Manage Retail Media budgets and relationships with key platform partners like Amazon.

• Prepare and present strategies to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in digital media, particularly in Paid Search; direct experience with Amazon Ads is a plus.

• Strong understanding of eCommerce and performance marketing.

• Proficiency in data analysis and Excel.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
