The Emirates Group is expanding rapidly, and we’re seeking a Regional Recruitment Partner – Team Lead to join our dynamic Cabin Crew Recruitment division. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Dubai Headquarters, with frequent international travel, giving you a unique opportunity to influence our global talent acquisition strategy.

As the Regional Team Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind sourcing and selecting top-tier cabin crew talent. You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders, bring innovation to the recruitment process, and ensure alignment with Emirates’ high standards and brand values — all during a transformative phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional recruitment campaigns aligned with the Emirates Group’s talent goals and workforce plans.

  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Emirates as a preferred employer through strategic marketing on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and key global job boards.

  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, recruitment agencies, and hospitality institutions to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.

  • Conduct audits and regional assessment days, offering actionable insights and driving recruitment process improvements.

  • Analyze regional talent trends and provide strategic input into market engagement and candidate sourcing strategies.

  • Collaborate with local industries — hospitality, travel, and retail — to organize career fairs and community hiring events.

  • Offer data-backed reports to leadership, including salary benchmarking, offer decline reasons, and market challenges.

  • Co-develop effective recruitment strategies with hiring managers using channels like LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, and internal networks.

  • Work alongside Business Psychologists to design selection tools that assess both technical capability and cultural fit.

  • Coach hiring managers on evaluating behavioral competencies and making informed hiring decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience (in-house or agency).

  • At least 2 years in a leadership role, ideally managing remote teams and high-volume recruitment pipelines.

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for recruitment campaigns.

  • Strong background in regional recruitment practices, performance improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Demonstrated experience managing recruitment events, nurturing academic and industry partnerships.

  • Skilled in multiple assessment methods including digital screening, video interviews, and assessment center design.

  • Experienced in using ATS platforms, CMS systems, and recruitment technology.

  • Previous exposure to Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or hybrid recruitment models is a plus.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong communication and coaching abilities are essential.

What’s in it for You:

  • Attractive tax-free salary package

  • Global travel perks including flight and hotel discounts

  • Comprehensive employee benefits – healthcare, paid leave, and more

  • Work from our modern Dubai HQ, and enjoy the cosmopolitan lifestyle of the UAE

  • Access to professional development and global career advancement opportunities
