Shorelight is seeking a Regional Recruitment Manager to drive student recruitment for University of the Pacific (UoP) across key international markets. This 6-month contract role (with potential extension) is focused on developing recruitment channels, managing partner relationships, and executing marketing initiatives to attract international students.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and manage student recruitment channels (agents, high schools, and other partners).
✅ Execute marketing and recruitment strategies to enhance brand presence in key markets.
✅ Conduct agent training, student fairs, and regional initiatives to increase enrollments.
✅ Use data-driven insights to monitor recruitment trends and optimize strategies.
✅ Lead conversion campaigns, engaging with prospective students, parents, and agents.
✅ Work closely with Shorelight Marketing and Pacific leadership to develop promotional materials.
✅ Travel across the region (primarily India, China, Vietnam, and other key markets) for recruitment activities.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
✔️ 5+ years of experience in international student recruitment or sales.
✔️ Strong sales, account management, and negotiation skills.
✔️ Proven track record of meeting recruitment goals and managing partners.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
✔️ Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✔️ Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
✔️ Knowledge of the US higher education system and competitor landscape.
