Wiz is hiring a Regional Partner Manager (RPM) for the Middle East & Africa region. This role will focus on building scalable routes to market through strategic partnerships, driving pipeline generation, and executing business plans with regional partners. The RPM will collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure a successful channel strategy across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with regional partners across the Middle East.

• Drive and execute the regional partnership strategy for pipeline generation and business objectives.

• Collaborate with global and regional teams to create joint business plans.

• Develop and execute business plans for named partner accounts.

• Lead account mapping activities with Partner and Wiz Sellers.

• Drive partner go-to-market and regional enablement.

• Support regional and channel meetings, providing updates on progress.

• Resolve escalations and ensure smooth partner engagement.

• Oversee partner application management, administration, and contract processes.

• Align with marketing teams to drive regional partner strategy and manage budgets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong process orientation and attention to detail.

• Proven experience in channel leadership, recruitment, and onboarding.

• SaaS channel experience, particularly with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

• Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.

• Experience in partner management and driving cloud strategy for targeted accounts.
