• Manage and support a diverse blue-collar workforce within the regional logistics network.

• Execute key operational initiatives aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in the express delivery or logistics industry.

• 2+ years of team management experience and 1-3 years handling overseas blue-collar workforce.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in Excel and office software tools.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
