Pearson is seeking a Regional Development Manager for their Qualifications team in the Gulf region. This hybrid, full-time role will focus on supporting schools across the Gulf, growing Pearson Edexcel’s presence, and providing high-quality support. The role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and formulating strategic plans to enhance Pearson’s impact in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with assigned schools across the Gulf region

• Support the growth of Pearson Edexcel’s presence in schools and offer exceptional customer support

• Formulate and execute strategic and operational plans based on market trends and customer demands

• Use management tools to analyze business-critical data and generate forecasts for assigned accounts

• Act as an ambassador for Pearson in the Gulf region, building strong relationships with educational stakeholders

• Solve customer problems and provide solutions to help them progress

Required Qualifications:

• Degree-level education or equivalent

• Fluent in English with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Essential teaching experience, preferably in an international context

• Desirable: Experience in business development and knowledge of modern foreign languages

• Strong command of educational trends in the Gulf region
