Midea Group is seeking a Region FP&A Specialist to join its Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in Dubai. This role focuses on financial planning & analysis, business performance tracking, and risk asset management across multiple Business Units in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Daily Sales, Risk Asset & Operations Tracking:

• Maintain and track daily system data to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
• Provide data insights to support business decision-making.

✅ Business Performance & Risk Analysis:

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Accounts Receivable (AR), Inventory, and Expenses.
• Identify trends and unexpected variances for management review.
• Follow up on financial reports from Business Units for accuracy and timely submission.

✅ Project Coordination & Process Improvement:

• Manage and track key projects initiated by HQ/Regional teams.
• Ensure the successful execution and continuous improvement of assigned projects.

Key Qualifications:

✔ Experience & Background:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business performance tracking.

✔ Education & Language:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field).
• Fluent in English (mandatory).

✔ Skills & Personal Traits:

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Highly adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Team player, self-driven, and able to work under pressure.
