The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and designing training programs to ensure excellence across their award-winning concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to recruitment strategies, talent sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

• Design, curate, and implement training programs to enhance customer service, efficiency, and compliance.

• Support day-to-day HR operations including employee administration, payroll, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.

• Lead and participate in projects that foster a positive workplace culture.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR and training initiatives effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment; experience in F&B, hospitality, or training is highly recommended.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

• Proactive team player with leadership capability in projects.

• Passionate, energetic, and committed to people development.
