Confidentiel is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process and help attract top talent. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth recruitment operations in compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.

Draft and post job advertisements across job boards, social media, and LinkedIn.

Source candidates through headhunting, networking, and talent databases.

Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, ensuring smooth candidate communication.

Support in designing and conducting assessments when needed.

Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to offer and onboarding.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company recruitment policies.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring insights.
Qualifications & Experience:

2–4 years of recruitment experience; experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus.

Proficient in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, etc.).

Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Based in Ajman or willing to relocate.
