🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and develop targeted sourcing plans.

• Source candidates using various methods: job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Maintain a robust applicant tracking system and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.

• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives.

• Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve processes for better efficiency and candidate experience.

✅ Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Proven success in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across diverse roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Proficiency in recruitment platforms, job portals, and applicant tracking systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

• Must be fluent in Arabic and English
