This full-time on-site role involves sourcing, onboarding, and building relationships with candidates who reflect the company’s standards of luxury, professionalism, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of Casa Vista Development in the talent market, representing the brand professionally.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates who align with the company’s vision and values.

• Ensure all HR documentation, paperwork, and compliance with UAE labor law are completed accurately.

• Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs for exclusive real estate projects.

• Maintain a professional and client-focused approach while interacting with potential hires.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Presentable, confident professional capable of representing a luxury brand.

• Strong knowledge of basic HR documentation, UAE labor law, and recruitment best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous recruitment or HR experience in Dubai is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, premium work environment.
