HeronCode is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Recruitment Specialist to join its Dubai team. This role focuses on executive and business-critical hiring across diverse industries, offering excellent growth potential and a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and pitch opportunities to high-calibre candidates.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for urgent and senior-level hiring needs.

• Collaborate with consultants to deliver targeted shortlists within tight deadlines.

• Manage multiple assignments while ensuring speed, quality, and results.

• Engage with candidates effectively to build trust and secure commitment.

Skills Required:

• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with a strong sales/commercial approach.

• Motivation driven by targets, performance, and commission incentives.

• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities with resilience and determination.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary of AED 4,000/month for the first 3 months, increasing to AED 6,000/month thereafter, with further increments tied to promotion targets.
