Ayora, a specialist technology and AI recruitment partner headquartered in Sydney, is expanding its team and looking for a Recruitment Resourcer (AI Tech) to support sourcing efforts across global markets. With a focus on connecting vetted AI and tech talent to innovative companies, this role requires building strong candidate pipelines, engaging with top-tier professionals, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Research: Conduct targeted searches on platforms like LinkedIn and job boards using Boolean techniques; map talent pools and proactively build pipelines for AI and tech roles.

Candidate Engagement: Draft and deliver engaging outreach messages; screen candidates to assess suitability, availability, and interest; represent Ayora as the first point of contact.

Pipeline & Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Ashby), track sourcing activities, and organise candidate data for recruiter access.

Collaboration with Recruiters: Partner with recruiters to understand hiring priorities, share market insights, and deliver qualified shortlists on time.

Market Intelligence & Improvement: Stay updated with hiring trends, emerging tech, and sourcing tools; suggest new strategies to improve efficiency and candidate reach.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or candidate sourcing role.

Strong understanding of AI, data, and tech recruitment markets (preferred).

Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (preferably Ashby).

Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative in sourcing strategies.
