As a Recruitment Partner, you’ll act as a connector between great candidates and top companies, managing everything from client growth to candidate placements. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and grow your own client base through business development.

• Source, screen, and connect top talent with suitable opportunities.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to job offer.

• Balance expectations between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth processes.

• Provide career guidance, support, and coaching to candidates.
