We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recruitment experience within the UAE and possess in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job advertising to candidate placement.

• Post job ads on popular platforms including Dubizzle, LinkedIn, and Nukrigulf.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match job requirements.

• Ensure recruitment processes comply with UAE labor regulations.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.

• Proficiency in posting job ads on platforms like Dubizzle, LinkedIn, Nukrigulf.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
