We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to build, lead, and scale our team of high-performing real estate professionals. This role offers the opportunity to design recruitment strategies, manage full hiring lifecycles, and create a strong talent pipeline while fostering a vibrant employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for real estate agents and key support roles.

Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.

Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business growth.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote Urban Bricks’ employer brand.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter in the real estate industry.

Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools (Reed Recruiter is a plus).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
