We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to build, lead, and scale our team of high-performing real estate professionals. This role offers the opportunity to design recruitment strategies, manage full hiring lifecycles, and create a strong talent pipeline while fostering a vibrant employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for real estate agents and key support roles.

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.

• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business growth.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote Urban Bricks’ employer brand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter in the real estate industry.

• Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools (Reed Recruiter is a plus).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
