fäm Properties Dubai, the Middle East’s leading real estate ecosystem, is hiring a Russian-speaking Recruitment Executive to join their remote recruitment team. The role involves attracting and sourcing top-tier sales talent for their exclusive off-plan projects division, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and maintaining strong candidate and hiring manager relationships. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate, is familiar with CRM systems, and has strong communication skills in Russian and English.
Responsibilities:

Source and attract top sales talent through prospecting and calls

Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate records in internal CRM

Review applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Meet recruitment targets and metrics

Promote fäm master agency’s value proposition
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in real estate

Familiarity with CRM recruitment processes

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Results-driven with strong attention to detail

Native Russian speaker with at least B1 level English proficiency

Understanding of recruitment trends and best practices
