ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is actively hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join their Abu Dhabi team. This full-time, on-site position requires a highly motivated individual with strong recruitment experience and excellent communication and coordination skills. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, maintaining candidate pipelines, and working closely with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including interview scheduling and candidate screening.

Liaise with recruitment vendors and internal teams to fulfill hiring needs promptly.

Work closely with line managers to understand job roles and find suitable candidates.

Support and organize recruitment events such as walk-ins and bulk hiring drives.

Keep accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate progress.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout.

Handle administrative tasks including offer letter preparation and documentation updates.
🎯 Key Skills & Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.

Prior experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination.

Exposure to high-volume hiring or recruitment drives is advantageous.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
