The ideal candidate will be key in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent aligned with client needs and culture. This role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and proven execution skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement multi-channel strategies to source candidates.

• Manage client and candidate conversations with professionalism.

• Conduct detailed assessments of candidates.

• Perform headhunting and market research to identify talent.

• Follow established client recruitment processes for delivery.

• Act as an effective communicator and negotiator throughout the hiring process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 3–4 years of recruitment industry experience (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven success in development strategies and candidate sourcing.

• Focused, goal-oriented, and proactive.
