Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.

• Develop and nurture client relationships, understanding their hiring needs.

• Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market conditions, salary trends, and hiring strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search or agency settings.
