Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator Intern to join its Talent Acquisition team in Dubai. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding, working closely with a multicultural team in a fast-scaling global company. Interns will support the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to candidate management, while gaining valuable exposure to HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Assist with candidate management, interview scheduling, and ATS data entry.

• Screen applications and shortlist suitable profiles.

• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.

• Support employer branding initiatives such as campus events and social media campaigns.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or Mass Communication.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Interest in HR, recruitment, and employer branding.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn or ATS tools is an advantage.

• Positive, collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn.

• Fluency in Arabic and/or Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
