Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing real estate advisory firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top professionals in real estate.
✅ Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
✅ Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and coordinate meetings with hiring managers.
✅ Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador and ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment process.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.
✅ Industry Insights: Stay up to date on recruitment best practices, hiring trends, and UAE real estate market demands.

Requirements:

✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ Experience: Minimum 1 year in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the UAE real estate industry.
✔️ Technical Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, hiring trends, and talent sourcing methods.
✔️ Languages: German, Italian, Spanish, English, or Russian speakers are preferred.
✔️ Location: Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE.
✔️ Personal Traits: Results-driven, detail-oriented, and excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
