Technip Energies is seeking a Recruiter (Temporary – 6 months contract) to join its HR team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Reporting directly to the P&C Head, the recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles within the upstream oil & gas, energy, and renewables sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer negotiations.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks.

• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and professional engagement.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to improve recruitment strategies.

• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on key hiring metrics.

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience in upstream oil & gas (drilling and well services), energy, or renewables in the Middle East.

• Experience working in recruitment agencies or oil field service companies.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job boards.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.

• Deep understanding of the regional labor market and industry-specific roles.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• HR or recruitment certifications are an added advantage.
