Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG), a global leader in lifestyle hospitality, is looking for a Temporary Recruiter to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a passionate recruitment professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting large-scale hiring needs across hospitality divisions including F&B, nightlife, daylife, and social gaming. The candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, organizing hiring events, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience aligned with SHG’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across hospitality divisions.

Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates via multiple channels.

Plan, organize, and manage recruitment Open Days and job fairs (scheduling, logistics, on-site support).

Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate offer processes.

Deliver a professional, engaging, and consistent candidate experience.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within lifestyle hospitality, events, or high-volume hiring.

Strong organizational skills with hands-on experience managing recruitment events.

Excellent communication, people management, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to multitask and manage hiring timelines effectively in a high-energy environment.

Must be available for immediate joining and willing to commit to a 6-month full-time contract.
