Role Overview:
Revolut is looking for a Recruiter (Talent Programmes) to join its global team and play a critical role in hiring future leaders — from interns to new graduates — into core teams such as tech, data, and product. This is a full-time, remote position based in the UAE, offering the opportunity to impact the future of one of the most dynamic companies in fintech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for early career roles globally

• Coordinate university outreach campaigns and maintain strong candidate pipelines

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for interns and graduate hires

• Partner with Employer Branding on student events, activations, and marketing

• Deliver excellent candidate experience through seamless interview processes

• Use recruitment data to monitor performance and improve hiring outcomes

• Build relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of talent programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in hiring graduates or interns, preferably in tech, consulting, or financial services

• Knowledge of university recruitment cycles and engagement tactics

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment

• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused

• Fluency in English

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with employer branding and student outreach campaigns

• Experience with international or regional recruitment processes

• Confidence in using data and metrics to guide hiring decisions
