Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for iGaming customer support roles.

• Coordinate interviews and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers.

• Negotiate job offers and facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

• Ensure timely and effective recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruiting customer support agents.

• Understanding of the iGaming industry is highly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple vacancies.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Experience in the digital media industry is a plus.
