Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for real estate positions.

• Conduct high-volume hiring with efficiency and accuracy.

• Identify and attract top-performing real estate agents.

• Ensure candidates meet local real estate licensing and regulatory requirements.

• Manage recruitment processes independently in a remote setup.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruiting real estate agents/professionals, preferably in Dubai or the MENA region.

• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills for high-volume recruitment.

• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate licensing and compliance requirements.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
