Role Overview:

Valtrans is hiring an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white collar roles. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent through various channels and partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for professional positions.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.

• Source candidates via job boards, social platforms, and networking.

• Conduct resume screening and interviews, and assess candidate fit.

• Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with stakeholders.

• Maintain detailed candidate records and recruitment reports.

• Monitor market trends and salary benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience recruiting for white collar/professional roles.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple openings.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR or Business).

• Familiarity with the UAE job market and labor regulations is a plus.

• Must be based in the UAE.
