Confidential is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical positions. The role includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, preparing offers, and supporting onboarding processes. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, UAE recruitment experience, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Prepare offer letters and support onboarding processes.

Maintain and update recruitment databases.

Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience in UAE (preferably in construction/engineering sector).

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and job boards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
