Ejadah is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in bulk hiring and strong documentation skills, ensuring smooth recruitment drives, seamless onboarding, and accurate HR compliance. This role requires excellent organizational abilities and strong communication skills to manage high-volume recruitment needs within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring across various roles and departments.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals, referrals, and social media.

Coordinate interviews, assessments, and recruitment events.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation.

Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR-related documents per company policies.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, HR policies, and documentation standards.

Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of proven experience in bulk hiring, preferably in the Facilities Management industry.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
