Onelink Solutions, a UAE-based multidisciplinary advisory firm, is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join their Dubai office. The firm specializes in Corporate Structuring, Business Setup, Golden Visa Solutions, Legal Advisory, and Accounting & Bookkeeping. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source top talent, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience, supporting the company’s growth across high-growth startups, family offices, and multinational clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Identify and attract top talent through various channels.

Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, assessing fit and qualifications.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job profiles.

Maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools effectively.

Support recruitment efforts for advisory or professional services roles, if applicable.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interviewing.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively with hiring managers.

Experience in advisory or professional services industry is a plus
