Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding within the leisure and entertainment industry.

Handle high-volume recruitment efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline workflows and manage recruitment data.

Develop and recommend employer branding strategies to attract top-tier talent.

Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and provide actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies.
Requirements & Skills:

4-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume hiring.

Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools.

Strong expertise in employer branding and promoting organizational value propositions.

Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
