r77 Elite Talent is seeking a proactive and reliable freelance Recruiter to join their remote team. This dual-role position involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting the founder in identifying new client opportunities. Working under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), the recruiter will handle candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination while also contributing to business development efforts through client research and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings assessing suitability, language proficiency, and availability.

• Prepare detailed candidate summaries including salary expectations for internal stakeholders.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Support the founder by researching potential client leads and building lead lists across target markets.

• Assist in client outreach, monitor industry news, and maintain CRM records of client interactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment (agency, internal, or freelance).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong commercial awareness with interest in business development.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines remotely.

• Familiarity with CRMs and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

• High level of discretion and experience working under NDAs preferred.
