Key Responsibilities:
✅ Greet and assist employees and visitors professionally.
✅ Manage daily administrative tasks, including light accounting and travel bookings.
✅ Coordinate DHL shipping, maintenance, and cleaning services.
✅ Support office activities, social gatherings, and events.
Requirements:
✔ Prior receptionist or administrative experience.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online platforms.
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and prioritize ad hoc tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
