Receptionist / Warehouse Admin – Guangde General Trading Dubai

Guangde General Trading is hiring a Receptionist / Warehouse Admin to manage front-desk operations, assist with warehouse activities, and support administrative tasks. This role requires a professional, organized individual with excellent communication skills and basic warehouse/logistics knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, manage phone lines and emails, and maintain visitor and delivery logs.

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with warehouse and driver teams.

  • Update inventory or delivery sheets in coordination with warehouse staff.

  • Support HR and admin tasks, including filing, scanning, and light bookkeeping or invoicing.

  • Maintain a safe, tidy, and professional reception and warehouse environment.

Candidate Requirements / Key Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (warehouse or logistics experience preferred).

  • Good command of English; Tagalog is an advantage.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with stock management or ERP systems is an added plus.

  • Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to follow site safety and access protocols.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 2,500–4,000/month (based on experience).

  • UAE visa sponsorship.

  • Statutory medical insurance.

  • Paid annual leave.
