Guangde General Trading is hiring a Receptionist / Warehouse Admin to manage front-desk operations, assist with warehouse activities, and support administrative tasks. This role requires a professional, organized individual with excellent communication skills and basic warehouse/logistics knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors, manage phone lines and emails, and maintain visitor and delivery logs.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with warehouse and driver teams.

Update inventory or delivery sheets in coordination with warehouse staff.

Support HR and admin tasks, including filing, scanning, and light bookkeeping or invoicing.

Maintain a safe, tidy, and professional reception and warehouse environment.
Candidate Requirements / Key Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (warehouse or logistics experience preferred).

Good command of English; Tagalog is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with stock management or ERP systems is an added plus.

Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Ability to follow site safety and access protocols.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 2,500–4,000/month (based on experience).
