Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER is a UAE-based retail and lifestyle group representing international and homegrown brands. They are hiring a full-time, on-site Receptionist (UAE National) to manage the front desk, assist with office administration, and provide excellent guest service in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a smile and provide assistance as per company standards.

Answer customer queries and address complaints.

Handle incoming calls, redirect, and take messages.

Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.

Manage meeting room bookings and office event calendars.

Sort, forward, and manage emails.
-
Update HR records, files, and log office expenses.

Maintain contact list of all stores and their locations.

Monitor and order office stationery and pantry supplies.

Coordinate office driver schedules and facility management activities.

Assist departments with document or item receipt and other clerical/admin functions.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and office organization.

Professional demeanor and ability to multitask.

UAE National preferred.
