Job Overview:

Capgemini is looking for a proactive Receptionist / Office Administrator to manage front-desk operations and office administration. This role ensures smooth daily operations, efficient office procedures, and a well-organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Greet clients/visitors, answer calls, and manage meeting room bookings.
✔ Oversee office operations, ensuring procedures, correspondence, and filing systems are well-organized.
✔ Address office-related concerns to maintain a productive work environment.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords to manage contracts and payments.
✔ Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) standards.
✔ Assist in internal & external audits, ensuring records and documentation are up-to-date.
✔ Manage office supplies, track expenses, and support budget preparation.
Coordinate internal communication, policy updates, travel, logistics, and shipments.

Candidate Requirements:

🔹 Proven experience in office administration or management.
🔹 Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills.
🔹 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
🔹 Knowledge of WH&S guidelines and office management procedures.
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
🔹 Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
