Dubai Holding Asset Management (DHAM) is seeking a Receptionist (National Talent) to join their team. DHAM manages a portfolio of 20 landmark retail destinations and 15 residential communities, attracting millions of visitors annually. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate person or meeting.

Log all visitor arrivals and issue/collect visitor access cards, maintaining accurate records.

Coordinate VIP delegate visits in line with company protocol and liaise with the security team as required.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and telephone calls professionally.

Maintain reception area cleanliness and operational readiness, including inventory of supplies like valet tickets.

Support walk-in business leads, ensuring proper documentation and handover to the leasing team.

Assist in administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, data entry, and coordination with drivers/messengers.

Update and maintain tenant contact database for efficient operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional image at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:

High School diploma or 1–2 years diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar receptionist/front-office role.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service, planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Problem-solving ability and professional demeanor.
